Just. Move. On.

It’s okay. They lied. They cheated. Then they have the nerve to twist the story in their head so they can tell the world it was your fault. Don’t fret, don’t sweat. God saw IT ALL. He let you see it too. That’s why you now know who they really are in real life and not in their fantasy world. Be grateful. Be thankful. You are not in the dark anymore. The decisions you make from here on out are based in Truth and not lies. Let them keep talking about you. Let them get tangled up in the web of their own deceitful making. God is going to deal with them. It’s not about you getting even, it’s about God giving JUSTICE.
Hold your head up. God, people with true discernment and you know the Truth about you. Don’t let the perpetrator also become the possessor of your joy and peace. Release them in forgiveness. Forgive, then forget the offense but never the lesson. Treat them with kindness and love. Show them what grace and mercy looks like in and on you. Show them the blessing they missed when they mistreated you. When God prepares that table before you, sell them a ticket. Give them a GOOD seat. Let them see how the salvation of God comes to those who choose to walk in righteousness and not bitterness.
It’s okay. You survived. You overcame. You have the privilege and honor to have received God’s light to illuminate their dark soul. He exposed them, then removed them from your life for that very reason. It’s okay.
