Oh what we as leaders in the Kingdom of God could learn from King T’Challa. God Almighty has set His only begotten Son, Jesus the Christ as the King. And He has made us, the adopted sons and daughters of God, kings. (That’s why Jesus is King of kings, we are the little k’s.) A Kingdom Leadership Perspective

Leaders should be falling all over each other to serve one another and those that they lead. A great leader, especially one in the Kingdom of God will have no problems letting pride, ego and selfishness be checked in their hearts and at the door. There is no such thing as “doing something beneath themselves” in a leader like Jesus, for they know that the way to honor and glory is a road of humility, respect and honor toward everyone.

Leader or Ladder Mentality?

Everybody wants to be the leader but rarely do we see someone eager to be the follower. I’ve seen people clamor to be leaders. They want the limelight, the prestige and the honor that comes with being a leader. But sometimes those same people do not accept what comes with the responsibility of that title. Sure, it’s great when everything is going well. But how great of a leader are they when everything is not so good? And are they able to handle it if one of their “followers” has greater success or elevation than they themselves have achieved?
