My prayer for today: I pray the Body of Christ would stop seeing other members of The Church as some random people they fellowship with on every week. I pray they would stop looking at each other as a group of strangers to be polite to and speak niceties with on Tues/Wed night bible study. I pray we would begin to embrace each other as TRUE Family. I pray we will get to know one another and build authentic relationships with each other as REAL brothers and sisters ought.
Royal families fraternize and fellowship with each other in exclusive circles. This is most likely because it is difficult for those who don’t hold regal titles to relate to the reality of being one who exists to rule. Royalty also protects the royal bloodline, through any means necessary. They will not allow an enemy to come in and taint the heritage of the Family. They are close knit and fiercely protective of what God ordained and anointed through their line.
Though we came from being commoners to becoming royalty in Christ Jesus, we don’t have to keep up the commoner’s mentality. We must adjust ourselves to our regal upbringing and associate ourselves with our fellow kings and queens in the process.
I decree a fresh wind of God’s Holy Spirit to blow us together and drive away the superficial relationships we have within The BODY. I declare we shall begin to forge honest and authentic relationships with our brothers and sisters in Christ which rival and surpass the “real” family bonds we share with our natural kin. I decree favor will increase as we stand together in love and unity as One Body in Christ. If the world can declare we rise and fall as one nation, how much more can we, the kings of The King do so! WE ARE THE TRUE FAMILY OF THE TRUE AND LIVING GOD. I DECREE WE ARE SO! In Jesus’ Name!
