Have you crossed the sand?

For a while now, I’ve been saying that the time is coming where a line in the sand would be drawn. Either you would live for Christ in the way He wants you to live or you would choose the world and its ways. WELL…

I believe that time is here. Now. No more living a double life. Talking Jesus but walking world is not going to cut the mustard. You will no longer be able to justify acting like the world but professing Jesus Christ as your Lord. People will check you. Right then and there they (worldly people) are going to call you out on your mess. The world is waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God. That means they are looking for miracles, signs and wonders. They are looking for the Truth. They are looking for Jesus! If you aren’t authentic, they will KNOW it in their bones.

You even feel it. You know that Jesus is calling you into deeper relationship, greater devotion and authentic discipline as His disciple. You want to live like He wants you to. The worldly stuff you’ve been doing doesn’t feel right anymore. The people you have been hanging around don’t entertain you or sound “right”. There is an unsatisfied feeling in the pit of your stomach when you go to church and aren’t being “fed” properly. You want more. Only God’s pure Word fills you up. A little bit of truth mixed up in religion, philosophies, theologies and traditions leaves you dry and mad. The games, politics and drama of “church folk” leaves you drained and you are searching for more.

Only authentic thanksgiving, praise, worship and reverence for Jesus Christ will satisfy you. Only fellowship with true believers who are striving to do the same will make you feel like you are at home. Only God’s Truth will allow you to stand in these last and evil days. You know it isn’t easy to live like Jesus in a world who stands ready to pull on your anointing one minute and ridicule you for your faith the next. But you don’t care. No matter the cost to your ego, your feelings, your emotions, your carnality, you are determined to crucify your flesh and live a real life for Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world.

The line has already been drawn. What side do you find yourself on?

“But if you don’t want to worship the Lord, then choose right now! Will you worship the same idols your ancestors did? Or since you’re living on land that once belonged to the Amorites, maybe you’ll worship their gods. I won’t. My family and I are going to worship and obey the Lord!” Joshua 24:15 Contemporary English Version
