God morning. I’m up praying healing and deliverance this morning and Holy Spirit spoke to me. He said many of us are afraid to lay hands and declare healing over the sick because of a “what if it won’t work” feeling. We want to believe in healing and we “hope to God” it will work but there is that hesitation because we’re actually not sure God is going to move in our situation. Sickness, illness and disease is serious business with literal death or life consequences. So we are desperately desiring healing for ourselves or our loved one. Yet our primary emotion is FEAR not FAITH. He said that’s why when we pray for healing we tend to pray general prayers for healing instead of going for a specific target or person. We don’t want to be disappointed if our prayers “didn’t work”.
He said we must stop praying against ourselves. We’re praying from a weak position of fear and doubt. Instead we must pray from the place of authority and faith, declaring in the same boldness and audacity Jesus had when He stuck His finger in the ear of the deaf man, raised Jairus’ daughter and commanded Lazarus up from the grave! When we pray for healing, we must not allow our emotional state outweigh the Spiritual truth: God is REAL and His healing power is still here. We cannot allow our fear of disappointment hinder us from standing flat footed on the Word of God: He HAS GIVEN us P O W E R to tread on serpents, cast out demons and heal the sick. We have to faith it in order to receive it. Notice that I didn’t say we have to see it… Faith is NOT seeing it but KNOWING it’s already done. Faith is declaring the outcome before the process has barely begun.
MANY people on this morning are dealing with personal infirmities or those of their loved ones. I encourage you to rise up and operate from the position of victory and not one of fear and doubt. If God is the final authority, you must stand on His Word and declare healing over your specific needs. Lay hands on your loved one with audacity and TRUST God, not your fear. Believe and do not doubt. Healing is not in the power of our prayer, it’s in the Power of the One who answers prayer. Deliverance doesn’t come because we cried hard enough. It comes because the cry of the Righteous One inside of us avails much. The SAME power that rose Christ Jesus from the grave lives in YOU. You! Don’t just believe that. Move and operate and live like you know that.
Arise loved ones. Take up your bed and walk. Live and declare the works of the King. Devil get out of my house. Cancer, your time is up. Dry up, shrivel and die! Come out of that coma daughter and live! Stroke, take your hands of daddy’s mind. Brain functions return to normal. Diabetes, I command your sickly talons to be removed off of my cousin’s pancreas. Insulin levels regulate and come under submission to the Name of Jesus. Spots on Lulu’s lungs clear up. Every bronchial function is restored to perfect health…
You have authority as a believer. Use it, especially when you’re afraid for you or your loved ones life. Now is the time to stand and decree, lay hands and watch them recover.
