The Global Girl Diamond Facet of Intercessory Prayer

Prayer with Purpose™ Intercessory Prayer Team is the intercessory prayer facet of the Global Girl Ministries Diamond. Prayer with Purpose was conceived in 2011 from the prayer and intercessory life of Minister Andrea Nancille Jackson. While in prayer one night, Holy Spirit instructed Minister Andrea to invite several women and men to a weekly conference call in which each participant would present prayer requests on the behalf of others and pray until a release from heaven was made.

Birthed in March of 2012, PWP™ is a weekly prayer call focused on strengthening individual and team intercession through situational, strategic and targeted prayers, team building exercises, critical thinking, constructive prayer technique and spiritual warfare training. The PWP™ team is comprised of a group of interdenominational Christian women and men with the common belief that God Almighty is sovereign, Jesus Christ is Lord, Holy Spirit is all powerful and each has been entrusted with the gift of intercession and intercessory prayer.

The goal of Prayer with Purpose™ Intercessory Prayer team is to intercede in prayer before the Throne of Grace on the behalf of other believers, people, leaders, situations, ministries, etc. as Holy Spirit gives unction and direction. The prayers of the righteous are released weekly for the healing of nations, encouragement of the church and deliverance of the world to the Kingdom of our King and Savior Jesus Christ. The vision of PWP™ is to recruit, train and set up intercessors in teams across the nation of the United States of America and the world to establish the sovereign rule of Jesus Christ, His Kingdom by decreeing, declaring and praying the Word of God with authority, power and audacity.

For over six years, a team of dedicated intercessors, prayer warriors and watchmen have been praying for situations and circumstances for hours at a time on a weekly basis. Because of modern conveniences, the PWP™ team is able to meet virtually, using web- based documents and conference call technology to live video and audibly hold prayer calls, training exercises and one-on-one enrichment calls. The PWP™ Intercessory Prayer Team is designed to pull the prayer warrior out of isolation and encourage them to build and strengthen the gift of intercession in their heart and spirit. Team building exercises, fellowship and group activities are strategic to encourage and uplift each other and show the Church and the world at large that there is power in unity, agreement and prayer on one accord in Christ Jesus.
