Announce a time of fasting; call the people together for a solemn meeting. Bring the leaders and all the people of the land into the Temple of the LORD your God, and cry out to him there.

Dear Daughters and Sons of Global Girl Ministries International,
I greet you in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Peace and blessings to you. I pray that God is continually keeping you in His arms during these trying and turbulent times.
As a servant of God, Abba has entrusted me with the spiritual care and concern of a mother towards you. I do not take this assignment casually, rather I take it with all seriousness and responsibility towards you individually and collectively. You are receiving this because I have counselled you, prayed with and for you and given you some type of guidance and direction in the past. It is with this in mind, I release this instruction to you now.
The Lord has called for a fast for the entire Global Girl Ministry. This fast is designed to bring about three things:

Unity
-
Repentance
-
Direction
It will start on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at 8:00 am and last for seven (7) days.
This fast consists of three parts:

Water only between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 am CST.

A written prayer to be submitted to prayer@globalgirlministries.com daily.

Participation in daily prayer with myself and other GGMi sons and daughters at 11:00 am CST via Facebook live.
It is imperative during this season to be on one accord with God and each other, as well as develop and maintain discipline in prayer, repentance and worship. I realize that many of you do not participate in an organized section of GGMi, however you are still an integral part of this ministry. In order to move forward in the plans God has for this ministry, I am asking for you to make this sacrifice with me and for yourself.
As a spiritual mother, it is my honor and duty to look after you in the spirit and even sometimes in the natural. There are times when, as a mother I have to call for my children to do something for their own good as well as that of the entire family. I believe that this is one of those crucial times. Abba God has decided that we have to put aside time to review, regroup and refocus on what He truly desires for our lives individually and collectively. The fasting portion is only 2 hours, however fasting without prayer is only a fancy diet. You must pray while you are fasting. To ensure that you are doing it, it is a requirement for you to email me your written prayer. You may type it or write it and screen shot it but it must be emailed to me by 7:00 pm daily during the seven day fast. I realize that many of you may be working during the 11:00 am prayer, so please watch it at your earliest convenience on the same day. The broadcast will not be more than 15 to 20 minutes of prayer.
I pray that you will take this clarion call to unity, repentance and direction seriously. In this season, each of us have important decisions to make, strategies to implement and other circumstances needing our attention. However, we need to be on one accord with God, free and clear from distractions that would steer us off course and directed by His hand and His alone. I believe this time of corporate fasting and prayer will be vital in positioning us to dominate today and in the decade of the 2020s
