Epiphany

Random thoughts running through me pumpkin head:

Mankind was never to be at war with each other; we are meant to war against our flesh and war against satan and the kingdom of darkness.

Jesus doesn’t care how egregious your sin is; He willingly died on the cross, KNOWING in advance what we would do.

We shake our heads at the senseless violence we see and hear about in our streets, yet we invite violence in our spirits everyday by watching murder, mayhem and treachery on TV and call it “entertainment”.

Sexual sin was the downfall of Sodom and Gomorrah; We must think we’re exempt from God’s Judgment because we tolerate the same “anything goes” attitude towards sexuality.

Being quiet is silent consent.

My life is not about me! If I am a living sacrifice to God, then my life should be about Him and His Kingdom agenda. I’m just a bit player in God’s Screenplay.

If we are supposed to love each other so much, then why do we spend so much time hurting each other so much? Racism, denominational-ism, apologetics, defense, jealousy, important hierarchy: and I’m talking about church folk!

Don’t you dare compare yourself to others! God made you special and has purpose for YOU to fulfill too.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue; If we really believed that we wouldn’t talk so much.

The Earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof: taking care of the planet, environmentalism, recycling and conservation ARE important; It’s His not ours.

Don’t say “God Bless you” to someone unless you really mean it. He said He would do what you ask in His name AND He said don’t use His name in vain.

No matter what I have done, am doing or will do, NOTHING will separate me from God’s Love.
